Note: Turnaround estimates are based on orders placed with files uploaded (and approval of proofs if proofs are requested) Monday thru Friday by 3PM EST. Wave Werks is not responsible for delays in uploading files or for files that are not to our specifications. Shipping time is not included in the turnaround time.
Follow the tips below to save time and avoid headaches! Files must be submitted in "PRESS-READY" format. Your files must conform to the following standards: - 300 dpi resolution
- CMYK or Grayscale JPG or PDF
Files that are not "PRESS-READY" will be subject to a production delay. To avoid production delays please have your files prepared properly before uploading them. An 1/8" bleed is required on all files submitted. Please also keep all text and important information/images at least 1/8" inside the trim line. Cutting CAN and WILL vary, up to 1/8", so if you design your card with thin borders or with text/images close to the edge, please be aware that they may be trimmed off.
